Robert Guerra possesses extensive experience in internet governance, data privacy, and digital rights. Currently serving as a 2024 Nominating Committee Delegate and a member of the Security and Stability Advisory Committee at ICANN since 2012, Robert has a strong background in leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Privaterra and Chief Technology Officer at Collier Collective LLC. Past roles include Senior Advisor at The Citizen Lab, Project Director for Internet Freedom at Freedom House, and multiple terms on the ICANN Nominating Committee.
