Robert Hoggarth

Robert Hoggarth currently serves as Vice President for Policy Development and GAC Relations at ICANN, a position held since 2008. Prior to this, Robert was the Principal at Teokumu Group, providing strategic consulting in law, public policy, and government relations. From 2001 to 2007, Robert held the title of Senior Vice President & General Manager for the Washington, D.C. office at NTT America, Inc./NTT USA, Inc., and from 1994 to 2001, Robert was Senior Vice President at the Personal Communications Industry Association (PCIA). Robert holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Journalism, Public Relations, and Urban Studies from the University of Maryland. Educational background also includes attendance at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Wheaton, Maryland.
