Maximo Vazquez is a seasoned urban planning and economic development professional with a diverse background in public service. Currently serving as a Planning Board Member for the Township of Woodbridge since January 2025 and the Economic Development Manager for the City of Plainfield since January 2022, Maximo has also held the position of Senior Planner in the same city. Prior experience includes Program Coordinator roles at Rutgers University and the City of Perth Amboy, as well as a role as Capacity Building Coordinator with AmeriCorps VISTA. Maximo holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Montclair State University.
