Travis Baker

Travis Baker is an Asset Manager for iCap and is responsible for formulating and executing short-term and long-term asset strategies as well as serving the ongoing development of iCap’s Asset Management platform. He brings more than ten years of experience in Real Estate Development with expertise spanning a variety of commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily product types.

Travis earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Clemson University and is a CCIM Designee. Prior to joining iCap, he worked as an Investment Manager for a national REIT specializing in grocery-anchored retail centers.
