Michael Kushner

Michael is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of iCapital Network, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Michael is responsible for strategic planning, capital and shareholder management, treasury, controllers, and tax functions. Michael is also co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Risk Management Committee. Prior to joining iCapital, Michael was with JPMorgan Chase & Co. for nearly 19 years and Credit Suisse for three years, where he held various senior finance and risk management positions in the Investment Banking and Corporate divisions of their New York and London offices. Michael started the first four years of his career in the finance and treasury functions of a multifamily asset management firm in Bethesda, Maryland. He is a former Certified Public Accountant. Michael holds a MS in Accounting and a BS in Finance, both from the American University in Washington D.C.
