Emily Baun, CMP

Emily Baun, CMP has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Emily started their career in the hotel industry, working as a Sales and Catering Coordinator at Springhill Suites by Marriott Boise ParkCenter and later at Courtyard by Marriott Boise West/Meridian.

Emily then transitioned into event management roles, serving as the Art of Living Director (Events Director) at Avimor and as an Event Manager - Beverage Services at USS Midway Museum. Emily further expanded their event management skills as a Budget Manager and Event Manager at Milligan Events, where they also worked as an Event Coordinator.

Emily's career also includes positions in the real estate industry. Emily held the role of Executive Assistant at Idahome Living Real Estate and later became the Director of Operations and a licensed Realtor for Fromley at Keller Williams Realty Boise.

In recent years, Emily worked in executive operations roles. Emily was the Chief of Executive Operations at Point to Point Transportation and later transitioned to a Strategic Executive Operations role at the same company. Most recently, they became an Executive Assistant to the CEO at iCapture.

Emily Baun, CMP brings a wealth of experience in leadership, operations, event management, and real estate to their professional endeavors.

Emily Baun, CMP earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from the Isenburg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2009. Emily has also obtained several certifications including being a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson from the Idaho Real Estate Commission since January 2021. Emily completed a Virtual Event & Meeting Management course from the Event Leadership Institute in June 2020. In November 2018, they obtained The Sustainable Events Professional Certificate Course from The Events Industry Council. Additionally, they became a Certified Meeting Professional from the Convention Industry Council in August 2016. Emily Baun is also an Idaho Notary and completed the OneNote 2016 Essential Training course from Lynda.com in August 2016.
