The tragic events of October 7th and the ongoing war caused widespread trauma in Israel. The violence created a deep sense of existential threat for everyone. Loss and grief have touched us all.

Trauma doesn't just affect our minds; it causes physical problems, such as cardiovascular complications or autoimmune disorders, and its effects permeate daily lives. It can leads to societal issues such as  domestic violence and substance abuse.

While individual trauma has been explored for decades, the complex web of mass and collective trauma remains less understood. The very fabric of our society depends on how we respond to the trauma now, and how we prepare for the long-term effects.
