ICARAS helps organisations protect their people, property, and reputation through independent, PSR-aligned security assurance. We work with government agencies, national infrastructure providers, and private sector leaders across New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region. Our team brings deep experience from defence, policing, and intelligence to deliver practical, risk-informed solutions that build resilience without selling fear or products.

From physical site assessments and personnel protection to information security and threat briefings, we translate complex requirements into clear, actionable strategies. Whether you are meeting regulatory obligations or proactively managing risk, we give you the clarity to act, and the confidence to lead.

Trusted by leading government agencies and respected commercial brands, ICARAS stands at the forefront of security risk management. Our expertise is centred on safeguarding three pivotal pillars for our clients:

- Physical environment: We ensure that your facilities, infrastructure and operational assets remain secure, providing a solid foundation for uninterrupted business operations.

- People: We prioritise the safety and wellbeing of your team, stakeholders and customers by implementing protocols and creating environments that protect against potential threats.

- Information: In an era of increasing digital threats and data breaches, our expertise extends to securing sensitive data, intellectual property and critical business information.

By leveraging the diverse backgrounds of ICARAS professionals, including military, police, and intelligence experience, we deliver tailored, practical, and effective solutions. These solutions instil confidence and reassurance, protecting our clients’ reputations, infrastructure, and operational continuity.

Aligned with New Zealand’s Protective Security Requirements (PSR), ICARAS promotes a threat-driven, risk-based, and operationally focused approach to security.
