Yingrui Li

Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of iCarbonX. In 2004, Yingrui Li was enrolled in the Biology Department at Peking University. In the summer of 2006, Yingrui interned at BGI Tech and started an exciting career in genome science. Yingrui has published more than a hundred papers in reputable scientific journals such as Science, Nature, Genome Research, etc. In 2012, he was appointed as the CEO of BGI Tech. He was then appointed as the chief scientist of BGI in 2014. In 2016, he was being honored on the "Forbes 30 under 30 Asia" list.
