Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Clinical Solutions at iCare, Simon has previously held roles as Engineering Director and Delivery Team Lead, demonstrating expertise in large-scale systems and high-frequency trading. As a consultant, Simon has aided numerous organizations across Australia, while hands-on experience ranges from software development to board memberships. Passionate about fostering environments that encourage growth and experimentation, Simon actively serves as a Non-Executive Board Member for TeamKids.
