iCare Life Singapore established in 2012, is a Social Enterprise with the Mission – “To build an ecosystem, through a process of structured initiative, delivery capability and defined Service Standards for Life Enhancement of those who are a part of the informal sector within the service economy, in preferred markets”. 
After thorough research and understanding the needs and aspirations of the people at the supporting end of our societies and cognitive interdependence between the service takers and service providers, iCare  is engaged in establishing defined Service Standards.Through the iCare  process, service taking and service giving come to reside on a common platform based on the principle - “I know the scope of service that I will get  & I know what service I will provide”.
