Rich Figallo

Rich Figallo has extensive work experience spanning from 1992 to 2021. In 1992, they began their career as a Paralegal for Westinghouse Electric Company. In 1996, they became an Analyst for Med Health Services. In 2000, they were an IT Support Coordinator for VirtualOfficeWare. In 2002, they became the Owner of CyberMark. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Director of Information Technology for Interactive Care Network, where they were a Data Architect and Development Team manager for a HIPAA compliant cross-platform Interactive Hospital Discharge Planning Tool. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Founder and Senior Consultant for RW Healthcare formerly Figallo Consult. In 2020, they were the Chief Information Officer for Psych360. In 2021, they became the Acting CIO for TVP-Care.

Rich Figallo obtained a BSBA in Real Estate from Duquesne University between 1988 and 1991. Rich also obtained an ABA approved Paralegal Certificate from Duquesne University in 1992. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, User Experience for Web Designers, Web Development Foundations: Full-Stack vs Front-End, and Web Programming Foundations from Lynda.com. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Agile Foundations and Machine Learning and AI Foundations: Decision Trees from Lynda.com.
