Ina Schmidt

Ina Schmidt is the President of ICARUS e.V., a non-profit association dedicated to supporting aeromedical professionals through research, education, and training, with involvement dating back to August 2023. Since January 2010, Ina Schmidt has also operated as a freelance consultant anesthetist, intensivist, and flight physician, while managing Privatpraxis Ina Schmidt as a certified specialist in anesthesiology, intensive, and emergency medicine. Previous experience includes serving as a flight physician for Tyrol Air Ambulance GmbH from March 2017 to July 2019, and for Luxembourg Air Rescue/Luxembourg Air Ambulance from October 2009 to March 2017. Ina Schmidt holds an educational background from The University of Bonn.
