David Lenoir is president, chairman and CEO of CRA Partners and the Senior Housing Crime Prevention Foundation (SHCPF), a subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA).
Endorsed by more than 30 state banking associations, SHCPF helps community banks fulfill Community Reinvestment Act compliance requirements in the form of qualified loans, investments or grants through the operation of the nationally acclaimed elder abuse and financial abuse prevention programs including Senior Crimestoppers.
Lenoir has more than 20 years of leadership and management experience within the financial services industry in the municipal government, corporate and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining CRA Partners, Lenoir served as trustee for the Shelby County Government for eight years.
Lenoir is also a member of the RISE Foundation board, a nonprofit that seeks to improve the community by providing financial literacy tools and incentives to help families build assets and make sound financial choices.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Alabama.
