Kathy Gauger is assistant vice president of member relations for the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA). Gauger represents the Southwest and Northwest regions through outreach, helping community banks leverage ICBA’s advocacy, innovation and education resources to help meet their business objectives.
Before joining ICBA in 2019, Gauger spent more than 20 years with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. During her time there, she worked as a client relations manager where she identified and solved customer issues; served as a mentor, coach, and leader for her teammates; and was a trusted compliance advisor.
Gauger received her bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Psychology from St. Cloud State University. She obtained her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Augsburg University.
