Mickey Marshall

AVP & Regulatory Counsel at Independent Community Bankers of America

Mickey Marshall is director of regulatory legal affairs for the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA). In this role he specializes in fair lending laws and the Community Reinvestment Act and assists ICBA’s government relations department in researching and developing policy positions that benefit the nation’s community banks.

Prior to joining ICBA, Marshall worked as a medical malpractice litigation intern at Wharton, Levin, Ehrmantraut & Klein where he assisted litigators with trial preparations.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Youngstown State University in Ohio. He has a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in financial services regulation law from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in Virginia.
