Paul McCoy

Paul McCoy is an accomplished collections professional with extensive experience in financial institutions. Currently serving as AVP Collections at TCM Bank, N.A. since December 2021, Paul has previously held significant roles including Collection Manager at Clackamas Federal Credit Union and AVP of Asset Recovery at St. Helens Community Federal Credit Union. Additional experience includes positions such as Collection Manager at Horizon Credit Union and Assistant Vice President Collections at Columbia Credit Union. Paul began a career in collections at Meier & Frank as Collections Manager. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oregon State University and attended CUNA Management School for further professional development.
