Ryan Hadley

Ryan Hadley is vice president, policy research and statistics for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). He develops in-depth reports on the health and performance of the community banking industry to inform ICBA’s initiatives on behalf of nearly 5,000 community banks of all sizes and charter types across the United States.

Hadley designs and conducts survey research projects, performs analysis using data science methods, and writes research papers on key issues concerning community banks. He also represents ICBA at academic and research conferences such as the FDIC’s Annual Bank Research Conference and the Federal Reserve System/Conference of State Bank Supervisor’s Community Banking in the 21st Century.

Prior to joining ICBA in 2007, Hadley held research and analytical roles for leading academic and financial institutions and law firms, including Linklaters, Boston University and Fidelity Investments. He received a BA in literature from Richmond, the American International University in London.
