Scott Marks is assistant vice president of congressional relations for the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA). He advocates ICBA’s policy positions with key members of Congress and bank regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining ICBA, Marks worked as government relations manager for the Transportation Intermediaries Association and before that advocated for the Fraternal Order of Police.
Marks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University.
