Independent Community Bankers of America
Stephen Keen is vice president of congressional relations for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). He advocates ICBA’s policy positions with key members of Congress and bank regulatory agencies. His areas of responsibility include regulatory relief, tax reform and small business issues.
Prior to joining ICBA, Keen served as a legislative assistant to former Sen. Mark Kirk and as a research analyst and staffer for the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. He most recently served as manager of government relations for the National Federation of Independent Business.
Keen holds a Bachelor of Arts in government and law from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa.
