Steven Estep is assistant vice president of operational risk for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). In this role, Estep supports ICBA’s advocacy strategy and coordinates efforts related to cybersecurity, data security, third-party relationships and business continuity.
Estep previously worked at the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) where he managed its Business Resilience Committee, which works to ensure business continuity within the financial services sector through coordinated information sharing.
During his tenure at FS-ISAC, Estep also served as a senior research and communications specialist focusing on member communications on cybersecurity policy and regulation, crisis response playbooks and executive communications.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and Asian studies from Colgate University.
