Terri Howard

Terri Howard, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at TCM Bank, N.A., and previously held the title of Senior Vice President, People & Culture. As a member of Chief since February 2022, Terri is dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at BASF from 2006 to 2020, where Terri achieved significant cost savings and led strategic HR initiatives, including a five-year international assignment in Canada. Earlier roles at ABB included Human Resources Manager and Executive Recruiter, where Terri implemented effective recruitment strategies and talent development programs. Terri earned both an MBA and a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
