Tim Daly

Tim Daly is vice president of member relations for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). As an ICBA member relationship officer, Daly ensures ICBA members have the information and tools they need to make the most of their membership. He also works with non-members to showcase how ICBA can help them meet their business objectives.

Daly has nearly three decades of financial services experience, which he applies to help member banks address industry challenges and meet their business goals. Specifically, Daly has a strong background in technology, allowing him to help community banks assess their core processing needs.

Prior to joining ICBA in 2014, Daly spent most of his career in the bank data processing industry, working for companies such as Indiana Information Controls, CSI and Fiserv. Daly is active in his community coaching youth sports and is a former the city councilman in Valparaiso, Ind.

Daly has a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from St. Joseph’s College and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.
