OSCAR MARIN

Oscar Marin is the Executive Director at Consultora RETAR and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) with a background in Social and Community Development. They co-created the Personal Development model to achieve results at RETAR and possess extensive experience in coordinating, planning, monitoring, and supervising social programs serving vulnerable populations. Oscar has held various roles, including advisor and coordinator, across several agencies, focusing on capacity building, program design, and organizational development. Currently, they are pursuing further education at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
