Currently serving as the Research & Development Vehicle Test Site Manager at Navistar Inc., Arlyn has a strong technical background that has been instrumental in managing projects from concept to launch. Previously, Arlyn held various roles at Motional, RF Technologies, and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, leveraging project management skills and a passion for continuous improvement. Arlyn earned an A.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Waukesha County Technical College, a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Marquette University, and an MS in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
