Olive Tjhai

Olive Tjhai is a multilingual HR professional with over 10 years of experience in foreign investment (PMA) companies, excelling in end-to-end HR management. Previously serving as the HRGA Manager at Transsion, Olive led a 12-member team and supported SAP system integration. As an HRD Supervisor at PT.KINLONG HARDWARE INDONESIA, Olive built HR systems and coordinated recruitment efforts. Currently, Olive is the HRBP Manager at ICCPP GROUP, where they are building the HR function and have successfully recruited over 60 staff in just three months. Olive holds a Master's degree in Language Management from Southwest University.
