Wayne HUANG

Wayne Huang is an experienced supply chain leader currently serving as the Integrated Supply Executive Head at ICCPP Group. Previously, they held senior roles including Sr. Factory Director at Mars and Group CEO at Euro-standard Cosmetics Co., Ltd., where they managed multiple plants and drove significant operational improvements. Wayne's extensive background also includes positions at Procter & Gamble and Unilever, where they developed and implemented supply chain strategies that enhanced performance across various sectors. They hold a Bachelor's degree and two Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Zhejiang University, along with executive management training from Fudan University.
