Mohammed Alyami, PhD, is a development effectiveness and sustainability executive with over 20 years of international experience in development finance, economic development, and policy design. Currently, they serve as the General Manager of Development Effectiveness at the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), where they lead strategic frameworks and development impact assessments across member countries. Their career includes postdoctoral research at Harvard Kennedy School, as well as leadership roles in evaluation and sustainability, successfully implementing innovative methodologies in over 15 countries. Alyami is also an active contributor to global sustainability networks, including serving as Co-Chair of the CIBAFI Sustainability Working Group.
