Mate Lukas is a Naval Architect with nearly 30 years of experience in shipbuilding, holding the position of Head of Branch Office at ICEPRONAV ENGINEERING SRL in Split, Croatia. They have previously served as Production Director at Brodosplit d.d., overseeing the entire production process, and held various management roles in production and project management. Mate's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, and they are currently pursuing an Executive MBA at COTRUGLI Business School.
