ICE was created with a simple mission: connect the unconnected.

We are a team of tinkerers and builders working to invent a more sustainable future. We believe in the power of digital technologies in democratizing the most basic human rights for all. At the core of our work lies an innate empathy for the communities we serve. Our mission is grounded in the belief that youth have the power to create a more equitable future for their communities.

We are committed to leveraging data-driven methods and an impact-centered focus to achieve positive change for those who need it most.
