ICE NINE is reimagining one of hospitality’s most established formats - the traditional shot - into a theatre-led, flavour-driven frozen serve.

Each ICE NINE is a bite-sized sphere of flavoured ice with a liquid spirit centre. As you pop one in your mouth, you first taste the refreshing outer shell. Then, after just nine seconds - boom - the shell implodes, and the liquid spirit bursts free, creating a completely new drinking experience.

We’ve served over 20,000 ICE NINEs at premium events and collaborated with global brands including Belvedere, Jägermeister, Bacardi, and Lavazza.

We’re now preparing to bring the ICE NINE experience into the on-trade through our in-venue production machine - unlocking a scalable new drinks format for bars, brands, and venues.
