Kane Young

Kane Young is a Senior PMO Lead with extensive experience in project management and governance within the financial services sector. Currently serving at ICE since October 2022, Kane oversees the CUBE programme aimed at consolidating copyright data for the music industry. Previously, Kane held several significant roles at HSBC Private Bank from 2016 to 2022, including Senior PMO & Market Lead and Senior PMO Lead, where contributions included delivering multi-million dollar benefits through various projects and establishing governance frameworks. Prior roles included positions at Barclays Wealth, RBS, and Cognizant Technology Solutions, focusing on program management and financial oversight across a range of initiatives in multiple geographical locations.
