Mark Steel

Mark Steel has extensive experience in commercial portfolio management and service development, currently serving as a Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager at ICE since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing key business service developments across various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Mark was with PPL for nearly two decades, advancing from Service Development Manager to Tariff Development Manager, overseeing the entire licensing development process and leading commercial negotiations. Mark's career began at Lloyds TSB, holding multiple roles including Assistant Rights Negotiation Executive and Performer Services Operations Manager. Mark holds a first-class degree in Media Arts from Royal Holloway, University of London.
