Amanda Adams currently serves as the Director of Compliance at ICE, starting in March 2025, and is a member of IBA’s senior management team, focusing on regulatory relationships and compliance for various benchmarks. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Senior Director of LIBOR Products at ICE from May 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the transition of the LIBOR benchmark in coordination with multiple key stakeholders. Amanda’s earlier experience includes a tenure at JPMorgan Chase Bank from 1994 to 2016, where, as Managing Director in the EMEA Corporate Treasury, leadership was provided to funding and liquidity front office teams across several international locations. Amanda's career also includes positions as Vice President and Senior Trader at Bank One and as a Money Market Trader at First National Bank of Chicago.
