Brian I. Block is a legal counsel at ICE since January 2025, previously serving as the director of enterprise risk from March 2022 to January 2025. Prior experience includes risk management manager at Intercontinental Exchange from August 2017 to March 2022, and finance director for Manhattan Young Democrats from January 2016 to August 2017. Brian began a career in politics as a full-time intern for Congressman Robert Brady in 2009 and as a campaign aide for Congressman Joseph Sestak in 2008. Education includes a Doctor of Law from Fordham University School of Law (2020-2023), an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business (2015-2017), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State University (2007-2011). Additionally, Brian held the position of chairman for Penn State's THON Philanthropy from 2008 to 2011.
