Chris Ruan is currently the Director of Quantitative Analysis at Intercontinental Exchange, where they focus on the research, design, and development of fixed income indexes, as well as providing analytic consulting to clients. Prior to this role, Chris served as the Assistant Director of Quantitative Research and worked as a Senior Quantitative Analyst for Intercontinental Exchange from 2006 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Senior Software Design Engineer at AXYS Design Automation from 2001 to 2003. Chris earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics and a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California between 1998 and 2006.
