Cornelia Lowe is currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Intercontinental Exchange, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Lowe was the Director of Legal Counsel at Intercontinental Exchange from 2015 to 2025 and gained legal experience as a Trainee Solicitor at Silverman Sherliker LLP from 2013 to 2015. They also interned at McDermott Will & Emery Belgium LLP in 2010 and worked as a Risk & Compliance Assistant at Informa from 2011 to 2013. Cornelia completed their education with a Bachelor of Laws from Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara, and earned commendations in both the GDL and LPC programs at BPP Law School and The College of Law, respectively, as well as completing the Trade Mark Administrators' Course at The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
