Dan Leonard

Dan Leonard is an accomplished operations and process improvement leader with extensive experience across various industries, including financial services and engineering. Currently serving as the Enterprise Process Engineering Manager at ICE since June 2021, Dan is responsible for process optimization and automation within a global IT operations organization. Prior to this role, Dan held key positions at Northern Trust Corporation as Sr. Vice President and Director of Operations and Process Improvement, managing operations for a significant investment outsourcing unit, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Heitman, LLC, overseeing global investment management operations. Dan's career also includes a decade of operations leadership at Mesirow Financial and engineering roles in product development and design at ITT Water & Wastewater, British Tire & Rubber, and United Defense. Dan holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
