David Lawlor

David Lawlor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at ICE Trade Vault since November 2020, David successfully led the implementation of Brexit contingency plans and achieved a 50% revenue growth in 2021 after presenting operational strategies to the Board of Directors. Previously, as Head of Regulatory Products at TP ICAP, David developed a suite of multimillion-dollar data products and served as a regulatory subject matter expert. David co-founded Enforcd, a regulatory intelligence service, and held various senior roles at Thomson Reuters, leading strategies for compliance-related products and content management across multiple asset classes. With a solid background that includes project management at Deutsche Bank and trading at UBS, David’s education includes a BA from Kingston University in Economics.
