Dex Hoe

Dex Hoe is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity DFIR at ICE since June 2019, Dex has previously held senior roles at J.P. Morgan and is currently the CIRT Lead at the Digital and Intelligence Service. With a career that began in the Singapore Armed Forces as a commissioned Infantry Officer, Dex possesses a diverse skill set that includes expertise in cybersecurity operations, data loss prevention, and user experience testing. Dex holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Singapore Management University and a Diploma in Information Communication Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
