Prior roles include Global Manager of Compliance at ConocoPhillips and various positions in compliance and commercial management across different companies including PPCoUK Ltd and ARCO British Limited. Emma holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Crime, Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
