Felix Flinterman

Felix Flinterman is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Director of Regulation & Compliance at ICE since October 2025. Previously, Felix held the position of Senior Vice President at Moody's Corporation from October 2023 to October 2025. A notable role included serving as Head of Capital Markets & Data Division at Autoriteit Financiële Markten from April 2020 to July 2023, along with earlier positions at the Authority for the Financial Markets and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets. Felix's extensive experience also encompasses a significant tenure at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), where responsibilities included overseeing the supervision of Credit Rating Agencies and Trade Repositories within the EU. Felix began the professional journey as a lawyer at Stibbe from 1997 to 2000 and furthered academic credentials with an LL.M in European Law from the University of Nottingham, and a Master of Laws from the University of Groningen.
