Jay Rhodes

Jay Rhodes is an experienced professional in employee development and training, currently serving as the Director of Employee Development at ICE since July 2020. Prior to ICE, Jay held several key positions at BCD Travel from February 2005 to January 2020, including Senior Director of Global Learning and Development, where responsibilities included defining enterprise-wide talent development strategies and collaborating with various stakeholders to create innovative career development programs. Additional roles at BCD Travel encompassed directing national training efforts and managing employee satisfaction surveys. Prior to that, Jay worked at NDCHealth as Manager of Training and Development and held earlier positions in real estate and sales consultancy. Jay earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from The University of Georgia.
