Jay Rhodes

Jay Rhodes is an experienced professional in employee development and training, currently serving as the Director of Employee Development at Intercontinental Exchange since July 2020. Prior to this role, Jay held various leadership positions at BCD Travel from February 2005 to January 2020, including Senior Director of Global Learning and Development, where strategies for talent development were designed to enhance business impact. Significant contributions included the consolidation of training personnel and the management of company-wide engagement surveys. Previous experience includes roles at NDCHealth as Manager of Training and Development and at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a Real Estate Sales Consultant. Jay also worked as an Account/Sales Consultant at Skillsoft. Jay holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from The University of Georgia.
