Joanne Rowe

Joanne Rowe is the current Corporate Risk Officer at Intercontinental Exchange. Prior to this, they were the HR Business Partner at Asda for four years. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment and training, sales forecasting, wage forecasting, rota planning, performance management, and disciplinary and grievance investigations for over 500 colleagues. Joanne also served as the head liaison with GMB trade union and was responsible for managing short and long term absence, AWOL, and occupational health for all stores in England and Wales. Additionally, Joanne led business partner development and succession planning for the Essex region. Under their tenure, the store achieved quarterly targets and celebrated performance milestones.

Joanne Rowe has a post graduate degree in human resources from the University of East London Cass School of Education and Communities. Joanne also has a certification from the CIPD in human resources.
