Joelle Bartkins

Joelle Bartkins, Esq. is an accomplished attorney specializing in contract law and corporate governance. They currently serve as Legal Counsel at ICE, following the company’s acquisition of Black Knight, where they managed a diverse portfolio of agreements and provided legal guidance to sales and product teams. Previously, Joelle held positions such as Vice President and Assistant Division Counsel at Black Knight and Counsel at Regent Properties, where they negotiated complex contracts and offered strategic legal advice. Joelle earned a Juris Doctor cum laude from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
