Jon Johnson, Esq., CCEP, is the Regulatory Counsel at ICE Mortgage Technology, focusing on mortgage compliance within a rapidly evolving landscape of statutes and regulations. Previously, Jon served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Docu Prep, Inc., and held compliance management roles at Castle & Cooke Mortgage and IDS, Inc., where they analyzed and implemented mortgage regulations. Jon earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Arizona Summit Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Portuguese & Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University. Their legal experience also includes leadership roles in student organizations and providing pro-bono services to veterans.
