Joseph Albert is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at Engage since October 2024, Albert has been the Chief Technology Officer at ICE since June 2005, where responsibilities have included overseeing the software architecture and technology delivery for all ICE Clearinghouses. Albert's career also includes significant roles at EzGov, Inc. as Founder and Product Architect, and at Rapid Wave Solutions as Founder and Solutions Architect, among other positions in notable companies such as Bellsouth.Net and TransCore. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Clemson University, Albert is recognized for building high-performing software development teams and delivering innovative solutions across various sectors.
