Larry Scheinberg

Larry Scheinberg is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in clearing systems and development in the financial industry. As Vice President of Clearing Technology at Intercontinental Exchange since 2004, Larry oversees the design, development, and management of the core clearing system. Previously, as Vice President of onExchange, Inc., Larry invented an innovative internet-based derivatives clearing and settlement system, managing all aspects of its design and development. Earlier in Larry's career, as Director of Clearing Systems Development at New York Mercantile Exchange, Larry played a key role in the re-design and implementation of Clearing-21. Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computers and Music from Moravian University.
