Leon Caswell

Leon Caswell has extensive experience in technical operations and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at ICE since February 2011. Caswell has held multiple roles at ICE, including Manager of Systems Operations and Lead Operations Analyst, demonstrating a strong progression in responsibilities. Prior to ICE, Caswell worked as a Consultant at Diversified Technical Solutions for a brief period and spent over a decade at ING Investment Management as a Desktop Engineer, providing executive-level technical support and various IT services. Earlier in the career, Caswell was an IT Analyst at Computer Sciences Corporation from 1999 to 2003.
