Matthew Ryan is the Senior Director of Global Soft Commodities at Intercontinental Exchange, a position held since 2014. Prior to this role, they served as a Portfolio Manager for Ags/Softs at The Carlyle Group and Vermillion Asset Management LLC from 2007 to 2013, and as a Proprietary Trader for Ags/Softs at BTG Pactual from 2013 to 2014. Matthew began their career as a Local/Independent Floor Trader at the New York Board of Trade from 2005 to 2007 and worked as an Associate Director at Macquarie Group from 1998 to 2005. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at Northeastern University.
